How Do I Become A Member?
You can join Train 2 Gain Northampton online through our secure portal by clicking here or you can also join at the club with your bank details through monthly Direct Debit. There is also a QR code you can scan at the gym that will take you directly to online joining. If you need assistance during unmanned hours please use the intercom inside the gym near reception.
I would like to come and see the facilites before signing up do I need to book an appointment?
You are most welcome to come and have a look at our facilities before joining. You don't need to book an appointment however please contact us on 01604 385223 or use our contact form and we would be glad to arrange an appointment to show you around the facility. If visiting during unmanned hours please use intercom outside the gym.
How Do I Access The Gym?
The gym is secured by PIN code. This will be emailed to you during sign up. This code will need to be used on the front door and the turnstile when entering the gym. If you havent received this code then please request one through our website by clicking here. The gym also has an intercom on the front door and near reception for any further assistance.
Im under 18 can I still sign up?
Yes you can however you will not be able to set up a monthly Direct Debit, you can either pay card/cash or have a family or friend set up your Direct Debit on your behalf. They must be 18 or over.
Can I share my PIN code?
Under no circumstances can you share your pin code, entry is monitored 24/7 and this will be flagged. Members sharing PIN codes will have their access and membership revoked immediately and banned from the club.
Is it a Contract?
No contracts! All direct debit memberships are 30-day rolling. All that is required is 1 months notice to cancel. Simple.
Can I freeze my membership due to sickness or COVID?
Yes you can freeze your membership at any point however we will need atleast 10 working days notice to apply the freeze in time. In the event of closure due to Covid we give all members three options 1.Keep paying to support, 2. Pay 50% of your monthly fee to support 3. Freeze membership. Emails will be sent out should this occur in the future.
Can I pay with Cash?
Yes you can but this will have to be done during manned hours as our monitoring company cannot take cash payments.
