Q. How do I Join?
A. You can join Train 2 Gain Northampton online through our secure portal by clicking here or you can also join at the club with your bank details through monthly Direct Debit.
Q. I would like to come and see the facilites before signing up do I need to book an appointment?
A. Yes you are most welcome to come and have a look at our facilities before joining. You don't need to book an appointment however please contact us on 01604 712423 or use our contact form and we would be glad to arrange an appointment to show you around the facility.
Q. Can I Pay With Cash?
A. Yes you can but a £5 admin charge will be applied.
Q. Will I get a Induction?
A. Yes we offer a full induction free of charge to you, this is optional and must be booked.
Q. Im under 18 can I still sign up?
A. Yes you can however you will not be able to set up a monthly Direct Debit, you can either pay cash or have a family or friend set up your Direct Debit on your behalf. They must be 18 or over.
Q. How do I access the gym?
A. Upon joining your finger print will be registered on our system, simply place your finger on the reader to gain entry. No swipe cards!
Q. Do I need to wear a face covering?
A. No you do not need to wear any face coverings.
Q. Is it a contract?
A. No, you can cancel anytime by giving 30 days notice. Simple.
Q. Can I freeze my monthly membership due to sickness, job or covid?
A. Yes you can freeze your membership at any point however we will need atleast 10 working days notice to apply the freeze. In the event of closure due to Covid we give all members three options 1.Keep paying to support, 2. Pay 50% of your monthly fee to support 3. Freeze membership. Emails will be sent out should this occur in the future.
