Notice of Updated Winter Opening Hours

As we move into the winter season, our weekend opening hours will be slightly reduced. This change allows our team to carry out essential maintenance and make ongoing improvements during closed periods.

New Opening Hours (effective immediately 30th August):

Saturday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Sunday: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Bank Holidays: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Last entry 5:30PM

Gym Opening Times

Mon-Friday 6am - 10pm
Sat-Sunday 6am - 6pm
Bank Holiday 6am - 6pm

Staffed and Unstaffed Hours

We operate with both manned and unmanned hours to give you greater flexibility.

If you need assistance during unmanned hours, please use the intercom located at the gym entrance or reception—a member of our team will be happy to help remotely.

Last entry is at 9:30 PM and 5:30PM weekends.
