New Group Exercise Classes
Train 2 Gain Gym is pleased to announce we will be running group exercise classes. Classes will run every week and be taken by the gym owner Catherine.
Classes include: Aerobics, Body Sculpt, Body Blast, Weight Circuit, Pilates.
